## Title: Hospitality Sales Executive
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Hospitality Sales Executive to join our team. You will have a strong background in sales and be passionate about driving client patronage and maximizing profit for short-let apartments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings and reservations for short-let apartments efficiently
- Optimize occupancy rates and ensure seamless guest experiences
- Address guest complaints professionally and in a timely manner
- Implement proactive measures to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Identify and engage potential clients and partners to expand the network
- Develop effective strategies to attract new business opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and continuous business
- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences
- Uphold a consistently high standard of customer service in line with company operating procedures
- Implement best practices to enhance the overall guest experience
- Actively solicit new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and participation in public relations events
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Hospitality Sales Executive
- Hands-on experience in customer service and sales
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional knowledge of standard hospitality practices and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients and partners
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and evolving client needs
- Strong problem-solving skills
