Hospital Porter

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Oyomesi Specialist Hospital is currently seeking a responsible and physically fit individual to fill the position of Hospital Porter. Job Responsibilities - Move hospital equipment, oxygen cylinders, wheelchairs, and other medical items - Assist patients with movement and handling of luggage within the hospital premises - Support medical and non-medical staff with assigned non-clinical duties - Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of assigned areas - Respond promptly to internal requests and assist during emergencies Required Qualifications: & Skills - Strong physical stamina and ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy items - Good attention to detail with a strong sense of cleanliness and hygiene - Ability to manage time effectively and work independently when required - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team Additional Requirements - Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is an advantage - Basic knowledge of hospital safety procedures and patient confidentiality - Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
