An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Role Description - The HMO Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. The individual in this position will oversee and manage relationships with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) to ensure service alignment and satisfaction while driving business growth. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, monitoring compliance, handling customer queries, and ensuring timely submission and reimbursement of claims. The role also involves generating reports, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to optimize partnerships within the healthcare sector. Required Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) operations, business processes, and systems. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability in report generation, data analysis, and strategic business development. - Proficiency in problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a high level of adaptability and collaboration. - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Previous experience in HMO management, healthcare, or a related industry is highly advantageous.
