## Title: HMO Business Development Officer

About the Role

Swift Consulting is seeking a qualified Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our client base in the health insurance sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the organization's client base
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities in the health insurance sector
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Health Insurance/Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is compulsory
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
