## Title: HMO Business Development Officer
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a key business development position within the health insurance sector.
Major Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the organization's client base
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities in the health insurance sector
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in Health Insurance/Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) is compulsory
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relationship management
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
