Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician at Fify Technical Services Limited

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Job Summary - We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at FIFY Technical Services. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Candidates with previous experience in a Facility Management or MEP environment are highly preferred. - Knowledge of ventilation systems, cooling towers, and general HVAC controls will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities - Perform installation, routine maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air-conditioning units, ventilation systems, and cooling equipment. - Diagnose faults, troubleshoot HVAC-related issues, and carry out corrective repair works efficiently. - Inspect and maintain HVAC components to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. - Monitor and service ventilation systems, chillers, cooling towers, and related HVAC controls. - Prepare maintenance and service reports, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks. - Work closely with the Operations and Facility Management teams to ensure smooth and quality service delivery. - Adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures during all HVAC operations. Requirements - Minimum of ND, HND qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably within an MEP or Facility Management environment. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems, components, tools, and safety procedures. - Practical, hands-on experience with ventilation systems, cooling equipment, and HVAC controls.
