## Title: Healthcare Operations Coordinator
Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of a clinical facility. The role ensures smooth coordination between clinical teams, patients, and management while maintaining accurate records and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily clinic operations and support clinical staff with administrative needs
- Manage patient records, appointments, and documentation in line with data protection policies
- Serve as a point of contact between patients, healthcare providers, and external partners
- Support billing, invoicing, and basic financial documentation related to clinical services
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor inventory of medical and office supplies and raise requisitions when necessary
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate administrative records
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a healthcare, hospital, or clinical environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic health information systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center
- Knowledge of healthcare documentation and regulatory standards
