Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute digital sales strategies for healthcare products and services
• Supervise and mentor the digital sales team to achieve set targets
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive

Digital Channel Management

• Oversee sales activities across social media, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize online promotions and campaigns

Customer Acquisition & Retention

• Drive engagement and conversion through digital platforms
• Ensure excellent customer experience and follow-up for repeat business

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer engagement
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review

Compliance & Standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year of work experience
