A candidate for Health Record Officer should possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Health Information Management or Health Records and Biostatistics with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower Division, or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Health Information Management with a minimum of Upper Credit.
