## Title: Health Programme Manager
About the Role
Lindii Peace Foundation (LPF) is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a Health Programme Manager to join our organisation in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and overseeing the health programme in Borno State while ensuring compliance with LPF standards, donor requirements, and best practices.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement, follow up, and provide overall supervision of the health programme in Borno State in accordance with LPF standard requirements and procedures
- Ensure compliance with donor contracts and guidelines, and initiate proposals and reports
- Monitor budget lines and collaborate closely with logistics and administrative departments in a collaborative team environment
Programme Management
- Develop and implement all health activities in Monguno in accordance with proposals, donor guidelines, and LPF standards
- Supervise projects with regard to needs and requirements, including management of assets, equipment, consumables, and supply chain operations
- Monitor ongoing projects and supervise data collection processes on a regular basis; establish corrective measures as needed with support from MEAL teams
- Conduct monthly budget monitoring analysis (forecasts, expenditure tracking, purchasing plans) for each donor and project
- Ensure consistent and effective use of budget lines for programme activities, optimising financial, human, and material resources
- Contribute to improving the LPF Health Strategy in Nigeria, including sustainability planning, exit strategies, and project development
- Guarantee quality and consistency of programme activities in accordance with organisational policies, Fundamental Humanitarian Standards, gender considerations, age diversity, minority concerns, and national and international standards
- Ensure activities are implemented in a holistic and integrated manner
- Establish appropriate documentation systems and maintain effective archiving of all processes and activities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
