Health Coach

An established company is recruiting for the following position. - We’re looking for a Health Coach based in Kano to join our growing team. - In this role, you will provide direct virtual and in-person self-management support to members, helping them take the lead in their wellness journey. Your work will be hub- and field-based within the community, with a strong digital component. You will: - Provide lifestyle education, guidance, and motivation to members - Use evidence-based approaches tailored to individual needs - Track disease markers and review population-level data - Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to improve engagement and adherence - Support community mobilisation and partnerships - Leverage digital tools daily to deliver care and monitor progress We’re looking for professionals who are: - MBBS, Registered Nurses, Pharmacists, Psychologists, or with a strong health background - Experienced in health coaching, chronic disease management, or health promotion (3+ years preferred) - Skilled in motivational interviewing and behavior change approaches - Technology-savvy and comfortable working remotely and in the field - Deeply passionate about person-centred care and improving health outcomes
