Health and Safety Officer at Prestigious Homes Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join Prestigious Homes Limited. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across our construction and real estate projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines on all project sites
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Lead safety training and awareness programs for staff and contractors
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
• Maintain proper documentation of HSE activities and ensure readiness for internal and external audits
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to improve safety performance

Requirements

• HND qualification
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a safety role, preferably in construction or real estate companies
• HSE certification (HSE Level 1, 2, or 3, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations
