Health and Safety Manager at Repton Group

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join our organization. This role is based in Ewekoro, Ogun State.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide detailed psycho-social reports on driver well-being
• Conduct routine health monitoring (RHM) and safety patrols
• Conduct road traffic accident (RTA) and root cause analyses (RCAs), ensuring documentation is maintained and updated
• Supervise enforcement of safety guidelines in accordance with company policy and procedures, and implement appropriate sanctions for violations
• Monitor and analyze safety performance dashboards
• Coordinate and arrange HSE-related training programs and initiatives
• Demonstrate knowledge of key logistics safety KPIs
• Ensure quality inspection of assets and equipment
• Contribute measures to ensure personnel safety

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Science, or a related field
• HSE Level 1 and Level 2 certification from a reputable institution
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, cement industry, or haulage operations
• 3-5 years of experience in management of incident and accident exposures
• Age between 25-35 years
• Residence in or near the Ewekoro area
