## Title: Health and Safety Executive

This is a unique opportunity to lead HSE strategies, drive a strong safety culture, and work closely with a highly skilled team to ensure safe, responsible, and sustainable operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and review HSE and Security policies, procedures, and standards in line with local and international regulations
  • Provide strong HSE leadership to promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization
  • Conduct HSE risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement effective risk mitigation measures
  • Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented
  • Oversee security management systems to safeguard personnel, assets, and facilities
  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and preparedness activities
  • Monitor, analyze, and report HSE performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure environmental protection and sustainability practices that minimize operational impact
  • Plan and deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, regulatory reporting, and collaborate with operations and other departments to integrate HSE into all activities

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Security Management, or a related field
  • Master's degree or professional certifications (NEBOSH, ISO 14001, or similar) is advantageous
