We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview: - We are seeking a qualified and experienced Headmaster to provide academic and administrative leadership for our primary school in Okitipupa Ondo State. - The ideal candidate will oversee daily school operations, ensure high teaching standards, and foster a positive learning environment for pupils and staff. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the overall management and administration of the school - Supervise teachers and non-teaching staff - Ensure effective curriculum implementation and academic excellence - Monitor lesson plans, classroom activities, and pupil performance - Maintain discipline and a safe learning environment - Communicate effectively with parents and school owners - Organize staff meetings, training, and school programs - Ensure compliance with education regulations and policies. Required Qualifications: & Requirements - Minimum of B.Ed / B.A / B.Sc with PGDE and TRCN is a plus - At least 5 years teaching experience, with 2 years in a leadership role - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Good knowledge of the Nigerian primary school curriculum - Ability to manage staff and pupils effectively - Computer literacy is compulsory - Passion for education and child development. Additional Skills (Added Advantage): - Experience in school administration - Strong record-keeping and reporting skills - Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
