## Title: Head of Sales
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our organization. As Head of Sales, you will represent the company's brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. You will be responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales plans, and managing both the marketing and sales staff to meet the company's operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the entire sales team
- Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies and structured plans to achieve set targets
- Craft and implement a developmental and coaching program for the sales teams
- Ensure the achievement of projected sales revenue and monitor sales performance trends
- Coach and train the sales team to ensure understanding of departmental objectives, goals, and set targets, and regularly review their training needs
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Prepare annual budget plans and ensure the sales team meets their quotas and goals in line with company sales financial objectives
- Formulate and ensure effective execution of sales plans, policies, and strategies
- Analyze market and industry trends to discover new opportunities for growth, product improvements, and new product development
- Stay current on market dynamics and competitors' activities
- Increase sales revenue and market share by identifying new accounts and constantly expanding sales pipelines
- Leverage knowledge and understanding of the company's OEM SKUs to drive sales
- Carry out assigned duties for the Group company
