## Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

We are a smartcard manufacturing company committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our customers. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in this key leadership role.

Position Overview

As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will ensure that the company's sales budget, sales targets, and vision are actualized through a total account management approach. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities including internal and external relationships, networks, interactions, and cooperation. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients, retaining existing customers, and continuously enhancing and satisfying customer needs while maintaining high quality standards and long-term customer retention.

Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to drive operational excellence and support business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage B2B sales activities and develop business relationships with corporate clients
  • Listen to customer requirements and present solutions appropriately to facilitate sales
  • Maintain and increase organizational sales of products by developing and nurturing relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails
  • Conduct cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans with realistic forecasts for each product
  • Manage sales operations, develop comprehensive business plans covering sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Meet agreed asset targets and promote the organization's market presence
  • Drive profitable results through the sales team by providing motivation, counseling, skills development, and product knowledge training
