Position Overview

We are seeking a QHSE specialist certified across all three management systems to lead our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives and serve as the company Management Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic audits and ensure all non-conformances identified are properly closed out with records maintained and available upon request from the company, clients, or third parties
• Plan and execute Integrated Management System (IMS) management review meetings
• Ensure IMS awareness trainings are conducted on schedule
• Plan, coordinate, and direct IMS programs designed to ensure consistency with established standards
• Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate with operational procedures in cooperation with other managers and coordinators to maximize service reliability
• Ensure compliance to client requirements through adherence to applicable codes, standards, and specifications
• Establish and maintain customer satisfaction processes and conduct analysis as scheduled
• Develop quality plans for all activities and ensure implementation
• Ensure approved method statements are strictly adhered to
• Inspect all incoming materials in line with standards and customer requirements
• Establish, implement, and maintain processes required for the IMS management system
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments relating to OPITO, IRATA, LEEA, IADC, ISO, and other accreditations
• Maintain documentation of internal and external audits of all systems

Required Qualifications

• QHSE certification across ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2018, and 45001:2015 management systems
