An established company is recruiting for the following position. JC International is an ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2018, 45001:2015 certified company that provides Training, Inspection, Asset Integrity Maintenance, Pipeline and Process service and Rope Access services to the Oil and Gas, Marine and Construction industries. As part of our commitment to continual improvement, compliance, and operational excellence, we are seeking to engage a QHSE specialist certified across all three management systems. Key Responsibilities:        - Carry out periodic audit and ensure that all NCs identified are properly closed out and records available on request either by the company, by clients or by third party - Plan and execute IMS management review meeting  - Ensure that IMS awareness trainings are conducted as at when due. - Plan, coordinate and direct IMS program designed to ensure consistency with established standards.  - Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with operation procedures in cooperation with other managers and Coordinators to maximize service reliability. - Ensure compliance to Client Requirements through the compliance of applicable codes, standards and specification. - Ensure that customer satisfaction process is in place and ensure that the analysis is carried out as at when due. - Develop quality plan on all activities and ensure that is been implemented - Ensure that approved method statements are strictly adhered to - Inspect all materials coming into the company in line with the standard and customer requirement - He will also function as the company Management representative; the duties are but not limited to: - Ensure that processes needed for the IMS management system are established, implemented and maintained. - Maintain and update SOPs for all the departments relating to OPITO, IRATA, LEEA, IADC, ISO and other accreditations. - Maintain documentations of Internal and external Audits of all system relating to clients, OPITO, IRATA, LEEA, ISO and other accreditations and circulate the audit reports to the relevant authorities.  Education: al Qualifications - BSC/HND in Engineering or related field - Lead Auditor certificate in the three management systems: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2015 - Minimum of 8years experience in QHSE role - Knowledge of Oil & Gas training accreditations - Demonstrable ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects effectively.
