Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, with opportunities to work remotely. As Head of Wealth Management, you will oversee and lead the design, development, and execution of wealth management strategies while managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the design, development, and execution of wealth management strategies
• Manage client relationships and advise on financial and investment strategies
• Drive growth in assets under management
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Mentor team members and develop talent within the department
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven expertise in Investments, Investment Management, and Financial Services
• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Finance
• Experience in designing and delivering tailored wealth management solutions
• Thorough knowledge of financial market trends and compliance regulations
