## Title: Head of Training and Development

Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Head of Training and Development to lead the strategic direction, management, and execution of all training and development initiatives within our organization. This role requires a strong track record of delivering impactful results, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and driving organizational performance through skill enhancement and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the organization's training and development strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of learning and development

Program Design & Execution

  • Oversee the creation, delivery, and evaluation of innovative training programs for employees at all levels
  • Ensure programs are relevant, engaging, and measurable in terms of impact and outcomes

Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of trainers, facilitators, and instructional designers
  • Foster collaboration, professional growth, and accountability within the team

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to assess training needs
  • Secure buy-in and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Performance Measurement

  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate ROI

Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to maximize efficiency and impact of training investments
  • Ensure cost-effective delivery of programs

Change Management

  • Champion organizational change initiatives, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful transitions
