## Title: Head of Technical Project Management

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to lead our technical project management function at DO.II Designs Limited in Lagos, Nigeria.

Create management and communication plans, establishing processes for project execution
Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties
Define project responsibilities and deliverables with stakeholders
Participate in budget and staff allocation decisions for projects
Maintain project timelines, budget estimates, and comprehensive status reports
Manage and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO)
Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic direction into actionable, measurable projects and initiatives aligned with short-term and long-term organizational goals
Determine project health within the product roadmap by measuring variance in scope, schedule, cost, and quality against established baselines
Organize work into an integrated series of programs and projects
Manage the PMO team and ensure successful project execution from pre-study through execution, delivery, and maintenance phases
Monitor and manage client relationships across business units
Lead an international team of highly qualified and certified project managers

Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree
8–10 years of relevant project management experience
Proven experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and dynamically shifting priorities, timelines, and demands
