Position Overview: - A facility management company is seeking for the Head of service to oversee all shortlets, luxury apartments and hotels in the organisation. - Manage service delivery and quality standards - Ensure customer satisfaction and experience - Handle escalations and resolve service issues - Settle service level agreements and monitir compliance - Train and develop customer service teams Requirements: - Interested candidates must have worked in a luxury hotel or in a bank as a team lead.
