About The Role

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant Bachelor's degree (B.Sc/B.A) with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE)
• At least 3-6 years of progressive leadership experience in a reputable nursery and primary school setting
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with relevant aspects of the Nigerian education system
• Demonstrated ability to manage academic and administrative operations effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in staff supervision, performance management, and school improvement initiatives
• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Abeokuta

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of British EYFS and Key Stages 1 & 2 curriculum
• Leadership experience of 4-6 years in early years and primary education within a Nigerian-British curriculum framework
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, academic planning, and assessment practices across EYFS and Key Stages 1 & 2
