Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, administration, and strategic direction of the school
• Develop and implement academic and extracurricular programs
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
• Foster strong relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7–10 years' experience in school leadership or administration
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive academic excellence and school growth
