Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end sales strategy for high-value and premium properties
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with company goals
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Representatives to achieve performance and KPI targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and emerging client segments

Pipeline & Lead Management

  • Build, manage, and optimize a strong pipeline of qualified high-net-worth clients
  • Ensure consistent tracking, follow-up, and conversion of leads generated by the team
  • Monitor team performance and report on pipeline health, forecasts, and conversion rates

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Personally manage key premium clients, ensuring high-quality interactions
  • Participate in client meetings, property viewings, and presentations for strategic deals
  • Maintain professional, timely, and proactive communication with clients

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to coordinate campaigns and track leads
  • Align sales initiatives with Project Management and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery and handover of sold properties
  • Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitor activity

Reporting & Performance

  • Submit structured weekly and monthly sales reports, including KPIs, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts
  • Analyze team performance metrics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, professional standards, and brand representation in all client interactions

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activity, and best practices
  • Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and client experience

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of high-value property sales or similar B2B/B2C sales experience
