Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end sales strategy for high-value and premium properties
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with company goals
- Lead, coach, and mentor Sales Representatives to achieve performance and KPI targets
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging client segments
Pipeline & Lead Management
- Build, manage, and optimize a strong pipeline of qualified high-net-worth clients
- Ensure consistent tracking, follow-up, and conversion of leads generated by the team
- Monitor team performance and report on pipeline health, forecasts, and conversion rates
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Personally manage key premium clients, ensuring high-quality interactions
- Participate in client meetings, property viewings, and presentations for strategic deals
- Maintain professional, timely, and proactive communication with clients
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to coordinate campaigns and track leads
- Align sales initiatives with Project Management and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery and handover of sold properties
- Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitor activity
Reporting & Performance
- Submit structured weekly and monthly sales reports, including KPIs, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts
- Analyze team performance metrics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to company policies, professional standards, and brand representation in all client interactions
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activity, and best practices
- Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and client experience
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven track record of high-value property sales or similar B2B/B2C sales experience
