## Title: Head of Sales Operations
About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Sales Operations for a leading FinTech company that is redefining financial inclusion in Nigeria and across Africa. This is an in-person, mid-level management role based in Abuja, designed for a high performer who excels at driving sales efficiency, operational excellence, and revenue growth across multiple business segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Sales Processes: Build, refine, and implement sales systems, workflows, and structures that improve performance and operational efficiency
- Enable Sales Teams: Support field, telesales, and vertical sales teams with data, tools, insights, and resources to drive consistent revenue delivery
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Coordinate and operationalize campaigns, activations, and cross-functional initiatives that support product adoption and market penetration
- Strengthen Sales Governance: Establish reporting frameworks, pipeline management systems, and performance tracking mechanisms
- Drive Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to align strategy, remove blockers, and improve customer experience across sales touchpoints
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, business development, or revenue operations within fintech, tech, or financial services
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable sales processes and deliver hands-on execution
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data, forecasting, and insights to improve sales performance and guide decision-making
- Leadership capability to coordinate and support diverse sales teams while driving accountability
- Deep understanding of the Abuja market with strong networks that support revenue growth
