## Title: Head of Sales – Commercial & Residential Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our expanding team. This is a high-autonomy, on-ground role for someone who understands real estate beyond closing individual deals and wants to build something long term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rebuild and lead a sales team focused on both commercial sales and rentals
  • Design a brokerage model including commission structure, agent model, and performance systems that work in a saturated market with high agent turnover
  • Set clear monthly and quarterly targets for listings, viewings, deals closed, and revenue – and ensure the team achieves them
  • Hire, onboard, and coach agents while creating a culture of accountability and performance
  • Be physically present on-site and in the field to supervise daily activities, pipeline reviews, and client service
  • Work with leadership on pricing, marketing, and expansion decisions

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, with strong real estate background (agency, brokerage, or developer)
  • Proven track record leading a team or branch
  • Ability to hire, train, and manage a team of agents or salespeople
  • Clear understanding of Lagos market realities: saturation, duplicate listings, and agent churn – with ideas to differentiate through quality
  • Strategic thinker who is also highly hands-on: comfortable with daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and field work
  • Comfortable with ownership, autonomy, and accountability for results, not just individual commissions
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site regularly
  • Able to start immediately
