## Title: Head of Sales
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a Head of Sales position in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer portfolio by identifying and gaining new markets
- Manage and develop the sales team
- Implement sales policy and terms and conditions according to group guidelines
- Maintain a comprehensive monthly sales reporting system in compliance with group standards
- Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures
- Exhibit and promote core values: Entrepreneurship, Agility & Performance
- Define sales team objectives and assess individual performance
- Ensure compliance with all brand corporate identity guidelines and sales processes
- Lead and actively support the sales team to achieve set targets
- Leverage market data and customer insights for competitive advantage
- Manage relationships with top B2B customers and prospects
- Collaborate with extended dealerships in territories outside Lagos (e.g., Abuja, Port Harcourt)
- Develop and implement plans to continuously improve customer experience and satisfaction
- Support other business entities when required
Required Qualifications
- MSc or MBA in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar sales leadership role
- Excellent data analytics and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to multi-task, negotiate, plan, and execute sales strategies
- Strong strategy development, execution, and business planning skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Relevant professional certifications in sales or business management
