We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Sales and Business Development Manager to lead nationwide sales growth and business expansion efforts for the Save80 Clean Cook Stove project across Nigeria. Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership and Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for Save80 stoves across northern states and the broader Nigerian market
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, continuously monitoring and optimizing performance
  • Build, lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team and agents, providing mentorship and guidance

Business Development and Expansion

  • Spearhead the expansion of the Save80 cookstoves project throughout Nigeria
  • Design and implement innovative business models, including partnerships with commercial banks, microfinance institutions, and cooperative groups
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, distributors, and strategic partnerships to accelerate nationwide adoption

Partnership and Relationship Management

  • Build, nurture, and grow strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners that support large-scale adoption of clean cook stoves across Nigeria

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to capture them
  • Drive sales growth and revenue delivery on ambitious national targets
