An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview: - We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement to lead and manage the organization’s procurement function. - The successful candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, optimizing supplier relationships, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - This role is critical in driving value, managing risk, and supporting operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives - Lead and manage the procurement team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management - Oversee sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management activities - Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders - Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with contracts - Drive cost optimization, value creation, and continuous improvement initiatives - Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements - Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, and management updates Job Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role - Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier negotiations - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical and commercial acumen - Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems - Desirable Qualifications & Experience - Master’s degree or professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) - Experience in the hospitality Industry - Experience managing large budgets and complex supplier portfolios.
