About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. The Head of People and Culture will be responsible for shaping, driving, and sustaining an organizational culture that reflects the company's values and business vision.
The role focuses on enhancing employee experience, leadership alignment, and workforce productivity through strategic talent management, employee relations, and culture-driven initiatives. This individual will act as a culture architect, building an inclusive, high-performing, and future-ready organization while ensuring full labor compliance and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of programs that strengthen the organization's culture and values
- Drive continuous improvement in employee engagement, recognition, and overall workplace experience
- Build mechanisms to capture and act on employee feedback and workforce insights
- Design and implement leadership and career development pathways to build a sustainable leadership pipeline
- Develop mentorship, coaching, and succession planning frameworks that support growth and retention
- Facilitate leadership alignment through targeted interventions and behavioral development programs
- Oversee employee relations to ensure fairness, respect, and adherence to ethical standards across all levels
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 3–5 years of Leadership Experience
- Professional qualification related to HRM/Personnel Management
Compensation
N1,500,000 – N1,800,000 per month
