About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Operations to drive the execution of our ambitious growth strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure SPADE becomes the most trusted and innovative online casino in Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across payments, customer service, agent networks, and platform performance
  • Design and implement scalable operational processes to support rapid growth
  • Recruit, build and lead a strong operations team in Nigeria

Payments & Compliance

  • Ensure seamless integration of all payment providers (banks, digital wallets, agents, kiosks)
  • Oversee financial operations in partnership with CFO, ensuring regulatory compliance with Nigerian gambling and financial authorities
  • Establish robust KYC/AML practices to ensure responsible operations

Customer Experience & Platform Management

  • Work with product and tech teams to ensure the platform delivers intuitive UI and personalized gaming experiences
  • Oversee 24/7 customer support operations, focusing on minimal wait times and high satisfaction

Partnerships & Growth Enablement

  • Coordinate with marketing and partnerships teams to align operational capacity with customer acquisition campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with regulators, payment providers, agents, and local business partners

Performance & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs across operations, including payout times, customer satisfaction, platform uptime, and player retention
  • Report regularly to executive leadership on operational performance, risks, and opportunities
