## Title: Head of Operations & Customer Experience

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The Head of Operations & Customer Experience (CX) will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities while designing and driving exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.

This role requires a strategic leader who can optimize processes, improve service delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction aligns with the organization's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards
  • Design and implement customer experience strategies that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Lead, mentor, and develop operations and customer service teams
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational and CX strategies with business goals
  • Prepare and present operational and CX reports to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience

Compensation & Growth

  • Salary: N400,000 – N450,000 monthly
  • Salary review and possible increase after 3 months based on performance
