Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive company growth and efficiency
• Optimize processes and achieve operational excellence
• Ensure all operational aspects of the business run smoothly and align with strategic goals
• Develop and execute operational strategy and planning initiatives to drive continuous process improvement

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is advantageous)
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Head of Operations, Operations Manager, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational software
