Head of Operations

An established company is recruiting for the following position. - The Head of Operations will oversee and coordinate all security operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations across all security divisions. - Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Supervise guard deployment, patrols, and field operations. - Manage incident response, reporting, and quality control. - Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. - Prepare operational reports and support strategic planning. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA or certification is an advantage). - 5-10 years’ operational leadership experience, preferably in the security sector. - Strong leadership, organizational, and risk management skills. - Proven experience managing large teams and multi-site operations.
