Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and experienced Head of Operations to oversee daily business operations, ensure efficiency, and coordinate teams to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and based in Abeokuta for easy on-site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor daily operational activities
• Supervise department heads and ensure smooth workflow across all units
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and report to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in operations management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a resident of Abeokuta
