Job Summary

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Head of Marketing to lead marketing strategy, corporate acquisition, business growth, and retention across Abuja and the northern region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-value deals, partnerships, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans
• Lead corporate negotiations and acquisition of major accounts
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships across private and government sectors
• Oversee account management, ensuring excellent customer experience and retention
• Monitor performance, market trends, and competition to shape strategy
• Supervise and mentor the Abuja marketing team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (Master's degree is an advantage)
• 8–10 years of senior marketing experience, ideally in an HMO
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and business networking skills
