5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing
Experience in the financial services sector is preferred
Relevant certification in digital marketing
Strong track record in running and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms

Hands-on expertise in SEO and SEM
Content marketing strategy and execution
Advanced proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to acquire and retain customers through digital and offline channels
