Head of Marketing at Tusen Consulting

About the Role

Tusen Consulting is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our comprehensive marketing and communications strategy. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of marketing initiatives that enhance our brand image and position within the marketplace, while facilitating both internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and measure the success of comprehensive marketing and communications programs to enhance brand image and market position
• Report progress and communicate findings to the Executive Director
• Develop short and long-term marketing, communications, and public relations plans and budgets
• Monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans, and evaluate performance against objectives
• Research industry trends and competitive intelligence to guide positioning decisions
• Keep sales teams across all verticals informed of market developments and insights
• Ensure consistent communication of brand image and position across all internal and external constituencies
• Maintain uniform brand standards including fonts, logos, and visual guidelines
• Oversee editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of all publications, including product brochures
• Manage website and digital communications
• Lead and manage the Marketing and Communications team, including Digital Marketing Officer and Content Writer positions
• Design promotional inputs and schemes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment
• Experience in a top-tier Advertising Agency
• Proven expertise managing end-to-end marketing campaigns (ATL and BTL)
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIMN) or equivalent relevant qualification
