Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
- The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, brand development, product positioning, and market penetration for the company’s portfolio. This role oversees brand management, trade marketing, consumer insights, marketing communications, and new product development, ensuring strong market performance and revenue growth across all regions.
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that accelerate brand growth and market share.
- Provide strategic direction for portfolio planning, innovation, product lifecycle management, and market expansion.
- Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to drive business performance.
- Oversee brand strategy, brand equity building, and category development across all FMCG product lines.
- Lead the development of brand communication, positioning, packaging, and promotions.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels—digital, traditional, and in-store.
- Monitor category trends, competitor activities, and conduct periodic brand health assessments.
- Lead trade marketing initiatives to drive availability, visibility, and offtake across retail, modern trade, distributors, and key accounts.
- Develop trade programs, merchandising strategies, POS materials, and activation plans.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to develop impactful route-to-market and channel strategies.
- Oversee market research, consumer behavior analysis, and insight generation.
- Translate consumer and market insights into actionable strategies and innovation ideas.
- Evaluate product performance, run market tests, and recommend adjustments.
- Lead creative development, campaigns, media planning, digital strategy, PR, and influencer partnerships.
- Manage agency relationships to ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand goals.
- Ensure cost efficiency and ROI across all marketing spend.
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, test, launch, and scale new products.
- Develop innovation roadmaps based on consumer needs, market gaps, and business goals.
