## Title: Head of Marketing
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and drive strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
- Utilize analytics tools and market research to gain insights into customer behaviour, campaign performance, and industry trends, driving data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve targets while maintaining fiscal responsibility
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, influencers, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and explore co-marketing opportunities
- Ensure consistency in messaging, brand positioning, and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints, serving as a brand guardian
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing, driving innovation and experimentation
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics, campaign results, and actionable recommendations
