Head of Information Technology & Digital Solutions

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology & Digital Solutions to lead our technology strategy, digital transformation, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives. This role will drive innovation, automation, and system efficiency while ensuring technology supports business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, digital transformation, and automation initiatives
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems
• Ensure system uptime, cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance
• Manage ERP systems, digital platforms, and system integrations
• Lead IT teams, vendors, budgets, and service delivery
• Drive continuous improvement of internal and customer-facing systems

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 10–15 years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with cybersecurity, ERP systems, and IT governance
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, ITIL, CISSP/CISM, PMP) are an advantage
