## Title: Head of Finance
About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to lead financial operations and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting for the group
- Drive capital raising (debt and equity) and manage investor and lender relationships
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations
- Manage debt portfolios and ensure covenant compliance
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective internal controls
- Provide financial insight to management and lead the finance team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in finance
- At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
- Strong background in manufacturing, corporate finance, and treasury management
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA)
