## Title: Head of Finance

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to lead financial operations and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting for the group
  • Drive capital raising (debt and equity) and manage investor and lender relationships
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations
  • Manage debt portfolios and ensure covenant compliance
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective internal controls
  • Provide financial insight to management and lead the finance team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in finance
  • At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role
  • Strong background in manufacturing, corporate finance, and treasury management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA)
