Head of Finance at Pruvia Integrated Limited

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Head of Finance. You will be responsible for overseeing the Company's Financial Accounts and leading the Account/Finance Department, managing Accounts, Finance/Treasury, and Credit Control functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow management
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop budgeting and forecasting strategies
• Prepare and present financial reports to management
• Assist in company-wide budgetary planning
• Analyze markets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and implement internal control procedures
• Identify efficiency improvements across the organization
• Produce long-term business plans
• Provide strategic investment advice to management
• Compile, analyze, and prepare financial information
• Coordinate annual accounting closures
• Manage accounting practices across the organization
• Manage potential financial disputes
• Oversee risk management activities
• Supervise and mentor finance department staff

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS or local GAAP)
• Tax and regulatory compliance knowledge
• Financial modelling and analysis
• ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Risk management and internal control systems

Educational Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc (compulsory)
• One or two certificates in relevant fields: Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 3–5+ years experience in senior management
• MBA (Master of Business Administration) in finance or general management (preferred)
• MSc/Master's degree (preferred)
