Head of Finance at First Excelsia

About the Role

First Excelsia is seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy, reporting, and operational budgeting. In this role, you will ensure compliance, cost discipline, and financial transparency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, cash flow, and monthly financial reporting
• Develop pricing and profitability models for delivery operations
• Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee financial systems for rider payments, vendor contracts, and fleet costs
• Provide financial dashboards and insights to management and investors
• Coordinate funding activities and investor relations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in corporate or startup finance
• Deep understanding of logistics cost modeling and digital payments
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and fintech integrations
• ACA/ACCA certification preferred

N6,000,000 annually
