Head of Downstream Operations at Lavita Group

Job Objective

The Head of Downstream Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational, technical, safety, and commercial performance of all downstream service stations at Lavita Group, including Fuel (PMS, AGO, DPK), CNG stations, LPG filling plants, and hybrid multi-energy stations. This role ensures operational excellence, safety compliance, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and coordinated management across all downstream locations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership & Oversight

• Lead and supervise all downstream stations—fuel, CNG, LPG, and hybrid energy sites
• Ensure stations operate with maximum efficiency, safety, and profitability
• Manage station managers, pump attendants, cashiers, conversion technicians, and LPG operators
• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Fuel Station Management

• Oversee fuel product ordering, stock management, and pump calibration
• Monitor sales volumes, pump performance, and reconciliation processes
• Ensure fuel quality, tank management, and equipment readiness
• Resolve operational challenges such as shortages and equipment failures

CNG Operations & Conversion Centre Management

• Oversee CNG filling station operations, compressors, dispensers, and safety systems
• Supervise CNG conversion workshop teams
• Manage CNG pressure levels, quality control, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with Pi-CNG, NMDPRA, SON, and OEM guidelines

LPG Filling Plant Management

• Manage LPG filling operations, digital scales, cylinder integrity, and bottling processes
• Oversee distribution schedules and home/industrial delivery
• Enforce safety protocols for LPG handling and firefighting readiness
• Ensure equipment maintenance including pumps, compressors, tanks, and pipelines

Financial & Commercial Performance

• Monitor profit and loss for each station and track margins and revenues
