Head of Design (Architect)

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. - Provide strategic leadership and direction for the architectural design team. - Develop and oversee architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings. - Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, building codes, and best practices. - Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery. - Review and approve design outputs to maintain quality, consistency, and brand standards. - Manage design timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. - Mentor, coach, and develop junior architects and design professionals. - Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices. - Represent the organization in design presentations, stakeholder meetings, and client engagements.    .
