Job Summary
The Head of Commercial is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the commercial success and market expansion of Springpet Homes. This individual will integrate sales, marketing, and business development functions to create a cohesive strategy that maximizes revenue, profitability, and market share. The role entails developing and executing the commercial roadmap, forging high-value partnerships, and leading a high-performance team to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy for the company, including sales, marketing, and business development
- Define and achieve annual and quarterly revenue, sales, and profitability targets
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
Sales & Channel Management
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer journey
- Manage, mentor, and expand the sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance metrics
- Develop and manage a high-performing network of realtor partners, creating loyalty programs and incentive structures to maximize channel sales
Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Work with the marketing/communications team to develop compelling brand messaging and marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads
- Ensure all marketing collateral and digital presence effectively communicate the company's value proposition and unique selling points
- Oversee pricing strategies for all projects to ensure competitiveness and optimal profit margins
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including joint ventures, land banking deals, and strategic partnerships with developers and investors
- Lead negotiations for high-stakes contracts and partnerships
