Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy aligned with the company's vision, growth targets, and market opportunities
• Identify and prioritize high-value markets, sectors, and client segments for business expansion
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, cross-selling, and strategic partnerships

Sales Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead and inspire the commercial, sales, and business development teams to achieve ambitious performance targets
• Design and implement scalable sales frameworks, performance metrics, and incentive structures
• Oversee key enterprise accounts and negotiate large-scale digital transformation contracts

Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

• Build and manage high-impact partnerships with technology vendors, channel partners, and system integrators
• Identify co-marketing, co-selling, and innovation opportunities to strengthen market positioning

Product Commercialization & Market Positioning

• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to commercialize solutions and bring them to market effectively
